Now,use the rectangle and copy the image you want to reflect, pasteit back into your image, you should have two layers now. Now...Edit>Transform>Flip Vertical It will look like you flippedyour image upside down. But use the move tool to move the layeruntil it's situated like the picture shows.
Moveto the layer control box, go to where the red circle is, thatis your opacity, you'll want to set it around 50 percent, makingsure the layer you do it to is the one you just pasted on there....
Filter>Distort>OceanRipple is one way to add water effects, going to Filter>Distort>Shearwill add wave effects too, even tho I didn't use it in this picture.The red arrows are the settings that I use for a mild ripple ;)Flatten the Image, and your done! You can see the finished pic Here!
