Description: Dr. Sweet is a big, muscular, gentle man with some remarkable expertise.  He was raised with Arapaho Indians in Kansas.  While being tutored by his uncle, Iron Cloud, he developed a talent and fascination for alternative medicines and healing practices.  He earned a Ph.D. in internal medicine, a Ph.D. in botany, and a doctorate in herbology.  He studied tropical diseases on the Ivory Coast and veterinary medicine in Oklahoma and has extensive knowledge of traditional healing.  He went on to lecture at Harvard Medical School.  Later he earned high praise as a battlefield surgeon-- where he first met Rourke.  Rourke then recruited him for the exopedition to find the Shepherd's Journal in Iceland.
